King Abdulaziz University Organizes First Saudi International Trauma Week

Under the auspice of the Rector of King Abdulaziz University Prof. Abdulrahman bin Obaid Al Youbi, Faculty of Medicine at KAU has organized the First Saudi International Trauma Week which was being held for a duration of four days which started on the 2nd and ended on the 6th of Jumada II 1439H (18-22 February 2018).
The Head of the First Saudi International Trauma Week Conference, Dr. Yahya bin Abdullah Al-Marhabi (Doctor from the Faculty of Medicine), said that this conference is a first in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and was being held at an international level in the field of trauma surgery. He pointed out that the conference includes several workshops and lectures and was made possible with the cooperation of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education at the University.
Dr. Yahya Al-Marhabi also said that many specialized papers in the field of surgery and intensive care were discussed by distinguished groups of international surgeons from within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from Canada, United States of America, Norway, Australia and some Arab countries.
